Jason, Polderon's founder, is a technical business analyst and delivery lead who bridges the gap between complex technology and real-world business outcomes. He sits inside delivery teams and removes whatever is slowing them down, so teams get more done and people go home early.

His career includes a decade in the Netherlands: first in senior technical and business development roles at NetApp, where he built and ran the EMEA customer success program for its cloud SaaS portfolio, then running Polderon from Delft for multinational clients including Bosch, PTC, and bp. In early 2026 he relocated back to Australia and is now based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Jason is equally at home on the technical and people sides of delivery. He works alongside teams to elicit requirements, design end-to-end workflows on platforms like Azure DevOps and Jira, and build the Power BI and Looker Studio reporting that makes progress visible. On the technical side, he builds working AI-augmented automations with Claude, the Gemini API, and agentic pipelines, replacing manual, time-consuming tasks with streamlined workflows inside the tools businesses already use.
